An Artful Surprise

When Cool asked me to log in this morning, he surprised me with this awesome mash-up of Cymre and I. In fact, it’s probably how I look when I’m working in Photoshop as I edit one of my rare spawn portraits, Super Sunday images, camp a rare or spend my time on the Timeless Isle. Funnily enough, the pose (minus the expression) reminds me of a portrait I did many years ago.

Cool calls it an experiment as he plays with his new toy – the Wacom Cintiq 13HD and PS6. I think it looks fantastic and I’m excited to see what else he can create in the future.

    • Thanks. This is my first go on a tablet and I used photoshop like long long time ago in a galaxy…. /cough. But thanks.

At the moment just tinkering with it as much as I can and this is just what came out of it today.

Cym wants me to make a blog so badly so maybe when I feel more comfortable with it that will be the future to come…. maybe.

  3. Seeing your post kinda got me wanting to buy a Wacom Cintiq 13HD but it was a bit too expensive for what i can afford. So i figured I would migrate from my Intuos 3 to the Wacom Intuos Manga Pen and Touch Small.

I think the learning curve is rather small, well at least it was last time i used a tablet. I really want to get into drawing manga and anime :).

So if you have any pointers i would appreciate it .

Thank you to Coolidge for making feel inspired again and Cymre for the post ^^

    • Glad I inspired someone. To tell you the truth I have not drawn anything for a couple of years now, so I gotta get back into the flow of things myself as well. =D
