This is an achievement I was itching to get as I loved the idea of having two priests at max level, like something out of Alias (one of my favourite shows). So with Cymre as my main, I knew that my Alliance priest would be a given as to who to level up on this side – not that I had many choices anyway.
As usual, we levelled while questing in Dread Wastes, skipping a lot of quests along the way but that’s ok since we’ve played through them all before. I am looking forward to working through Operation: Shieldwall though, having read a few blog posts about it but I suspect we’ll take our time with it.
To celebrate my double achievement, I couldn’t decide which mount to use so I selected my two favourite shots.
My main focus now is to generate enough gold to buy flying in Pandaria although I don’t have my epic flying yet either. Here’s hoping all my auctions sell :P
As part of Navi’s Ten Days of Pet Battles:
Day 5: What pet do you want more than any other pet? What would you do to get it?
When Tyrael’s Charger was introduced as one of the perks for the Annual Pass last year, I wasn’t sold on the wings but when I started playing Diablo III, the cutscenes really put it all in perspective and I saw how awesome they really are. Then playing through Act I, Coolidge didn’t tell me who our companion was (actually, I think I told him not to spoil it) but it wasn’t before too long that I had guessed Tyrael.
I didn’t know much of the story, short of the trailer and my brief experience of playing Diablo II but it was hard not to fall in love with the Archangels – particularly when you experience Tyrael’s sacrifice.
Being a fan of Diablo, Coolidge selected Imperius’ armour for his chibi and I must say that it turned out great.
So in light of all that, the pet that I covet most is Tyrael’s Hilt which was given out to those attending the 2008 Worldwide Invitational in Paris. But the question is, what would I be willing to do to get one?
Well, short of entering two recent contests at WoWHead and Warcraft Pets, I’m not sure what I’d be willing to pay for one except that I’ll be keeping a sharp eye on any future contests. Maybe my luck will change one of these days. I can only hope.
Special thx to Noxychu for the awesome avatar.
