Once a day, you’ll be able to kill The Headless Horseman which drops the Loot-Filled Pumpkin. The loot has been upgraded to 470 which includes the usual 4 rings, Horseman’s Horrific Helm and agility sword as well as a chance at the following novelty items. Too bad the brooms are only available for the duration of the event.

You can also purchase a Little Wickerman which doubles as a campfire, although it takes up a bag spot.

By the way, don’t forget to get the Wickerman buff for a nice XP and rep boost.
