I haven’t done too much hardcore pet battles, but as I’ve gone along I have been focused on getting the variety of pets more so than quality. But, as I wasn’t a hardcore pet collector to begin with, I think I just hit 125 yesterday. Still, I plan to do your approach and eventually go back and upgrade the quality of some of them.

I have to level up another pet, the Grand Master is beyond the capabilities of my present level 25 team. They are great for beasties but not much else.

Grats on that fox! Still haven’t seen snow in the Storm Peaks yet.

@Kal – No, it wasn’t. In fact for a while the high pets were downgraded 4 times instead of the intended 2 and the low pets were still tedious to level.

Was leveling on Beta quicker? Getting a team up to handling the Master Tamers is going a lot slower than I expected. Gratz on getting yours so far!
