@Töki – yep, there are quite a few unlocked from boss kills or completing certain criteria like using various dyes or something on your clothes. They unlock new banner features that are quite varied and unexpected but luckily pretty frequent too. Don’t worry about your noobiness :P I haven’t really played before this either :)

@Tome – I’m pretty sure you can buy it from the get go.

@Elunamakata – LOL, I was going to change the banner colours depending on what Act I was in (to match the bg) but in the end I just chose the colours I liked, didn’t particularly match me though. You would think as a mog lover I would be more colour co-ordinated but she’s not Cym and I couldn’t choose her face so meh.

That and she upgrades her gear pretty regularly… oh and the colours aren’t always in stock. I love her blue pants right now so I refuse to colour them. I’m just hoping I can get the other pieces to match her pants :P

@Pando – Same, all the colours look a little off to me, I do like the mauve colour though, the white and the brown. I’ve always preferred natural colours. The two toned chest pieces tend to have very strong colours so sometimes I end up using the brown, original or white.

I keep playing around with all the dyes, but never seem to like how they turn out. The white dye is what I always end up going back to because the white and gold look always seems to look best with what my witch doctor is wearing.

The hubby is obsessed with the disappearing dye. His barbarian pretty much just walks around wearing a loincloth and boots!

I tend to change my banner based on how my armor is dyed >.>
mostly because it drives Kurby crazy…but also it seems like it should match my clothes! Usually when I change the color I change the shape some too, but I always seem to revert back to the same style over and over!

I’m really enjoying the D3 screen shots. I don’t know why I can never remember to take them in D3. Maybe because I’m always running from something, lol.

Invisible dye! How did I miss that, maybe I’m not high even level yet.

Do most of the achievements grant some sort of reward, or feature unlock upon their completion? I’m such a Diablo nub. I haven’t even seen ever bothered with looking up actual gameplay, but seeing everyone’s screenies vaguely reminds me of Torchlight.
