Redridge Mountains Rares

Redridge Mountains remains the location of my very first toon, a human Paladin who’s still level 20 something. Poor thing had points in all 3 trees from what I remember as I didn’t really know what I was doing back then. Ah well, we all have to start somewhere don’t we?

Chatter-16

See his tiny companion below - Chitter

Ribchaser-16

His location has moved since Cata. He no longer pats around his old camp but remains stationary (in close proximity to the town).

Squiddic-16

This ingenious looking murloc working furiously at his console

Kazon-17

My what big shoulders you have

Snarlflare-17

A fully grown drake now. No doubt feeding on unsuspecting Alliance

Previously a little whelp. The cute award goes to...

Chitter-18

So many spiders... Although this one is tiny and very fast, compared to Chatter

Rohh-the-Silent-18

In stealth by his camp site

Seeker-Aqualon-19

No longer in the big lake but at the bottom of a hidden waterfall surrounded my murlocs

Pre Cata - excuse the huge Gnome head but I was unable to get much closer before bad things happened

Boulderheart-20

One of many neutral rare mobs in Cata found by the water and below the Orc fort

I love looking through my old rare shots and comparing them to the ones we see now. It’s a shame quite a few of them were taken out of the game. Although I’ve read that some were returned.

  1. I never saw Snarlflare pre-cata. Didn’t know he was just a little guy. I do appreciate the present one, I think everyone who’s leveled up post-cata has been able to get a look at him.
