Eww, you got it in my hair!

Earlier in the year, I was fortunate enough to see someone in a raid drop the TCG loot reward, the Ogre Pinata, which creates a Pinata on a stand that can be attacked by anyone. Once destroyed it explodes and drops a large pile of Pink Gumballs. You can click the pile of candy 20 times before it despawns. When a Pink Gumball is eaten, the player gains a buff that causes you to randomly blow bubbles and then pop. The bubble buff lasts for 5 minutes and appears to be usable by any level.

Apparently this item used to have 100 charges on it but is now unlimited. :)
